A leading manufacturer in the Emporia, KS area is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join their team.

Great Pay: Earn up to $84,000 annually depending on experience

Excellent Schedule: M-F days, 7 AM – 4 PM with occasional overtime as needed

You are fully vested right away.  They will also contribute equal to 5% of eligible compensation each pay period and this piece has a 2-year vesting period.

Responsibilities:

Maintain plant wide electrical troubleshooting and repair

Maintain all automation throughout the facility (electric circuits of 480VAC or less)

Troubleshoot and repair high voltage lighting,

Troubleshoot alternating current / direct current (AC/DC) systems

Determine needs for installing new equipment

Check output on DC controllers and replace printed circuit boards when needed

Troubleshoot, locate, test, identify, or diagnose electrical malfunction and then adjust, repair, or replace

Ability to perform general electrician skills including but not limited to running conduit and sizing and pulling wire.

Calibrate and/or troubleshoot process instrumentation

Troubleshoot variable frequency drive (VFD)

Utilize the integrator to assign IP addresses to new equipment and to work with ladder logic

Inspect for conformity to industry standards or specifications

Rebuild, repair and replace damaged, defective, or worn parts

Maintain a clean and orderly work area and remove material and equipment from job site

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Ability to follow, interpret, and read blueprints or schematics

Troubleshoot and repair Programmable Logix Control (PLC) (Allen-Bradley) systems like, Logix Controls

Troubleshoot and repair AC motor starter circuits
