Floral Designer - Year Round

Enchanted Florist is looking for a self-motivated and mature individual with good work ethics to join our team in this fast-paced environment. We are a blooming flower shop in South Lake Tahoe, CA that specializes in every day flower orders, weddings, events and funerals. Busy holidays that we work are leading up to the winter Holidays, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day

This is a YEAR ROUND, part time position with up to 35 hours per week available (including some Sundays and Holidays)

Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable!

Individual must have a creative instinct with color scheme and composition

Have the desire to learn how to design and create beautiful arrangements for all occasions

Order, clean, and processing incoming flowers and greens

Greet and assist walk-in customers with floral and gift orders

Provide great customer service and creative suggestions

POS experience a plus

Assist with delivery of daily orders and set-up of all types of events

Individual must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Answer phones and greet walk-in customers

Must have a clean driving record and provide your DMV records for the past 3 years

Must be able to work Saturdays and some Sundays and Holidays

Computer knowledge a must! Word, Excel, Google Chrome, PhotoShop a plus

Social Media knowledge a huge plus!

Hourly pay to commensurate with experience

All Employees and Customers are asked to wear a mask when inside the flower shop. Social distancing will be observed and we offer hand-sanitizer to be used often for ones hands and disinfectant wipes for all work surfaces.
