job descriptionMortgage Servicing SpecialistPerform initial loan setup procedures to ensure accuracy. Transfer and post loan payments. Generate and process mortgage loan payoffs. Process various member/vendor requests. Process release of liens and communicate with state/government agencies. Provide required disclosures for adjustable rate mortgages (ARM). Process fulfillment requests via phone, Live Person, and departmental inbox. Maintain logs and reports. Research complaints/inquiries and responds in writing or by telephone. Analyze loan documentation, validates data, corrects errors and performs file maintenance. Reconcile discrepancies and conducts research to resolve complex servicing issues.
