Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment & property management firms in the country, is seeking skilled professionals to become members of our team at The Legends at Lake Murray, our stunning apartment communities in Columbia. We are known for fully rehabbing and repositioning properties and are seeking team members to leasing and manage these multi- million dollar assets. All positions are eligible for excellent compensation and full benefits package including 401K matching! Multiple full time positions are available!

AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

Community Manager

Ability to "run the show" and the daily operations of the apartment community

Organized, driven and friendly personality

Capacity to collect rent and multitask

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Management experience required

Promote opportunities in the company and build your team

Leasing & Marketing Associates

Ability to sell & close the deal

Outgoing, upbeat, bubbly personality

1-3 years' experience in sales: retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.
