ABOUT US:

Stealth start-up building next generation SaaS presentation software to dramatically improve online learning, communication, and collaboration.

The Company has received two awards from the highly competitive National Science Foundation SBIR program.

Key words: SaaS, HTML5 Presentation Software, Web content creation tool.

We are looking for a senior front end developer (UI engineer) to build a cloud-based scalable web application. Initially, you will be refactoring the code from JQuery and MV archtiecture to ReactJS, Redux and/or GraphQL, Relay. Then, you will be adding new features and extending the functionality of the product.

THE BASICS:

You must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.

Location: All work must be done on-site in West LA (90049). No remote work.

Schedule: Flexible as long as it is consistent.

Compensation: $6-8K/month DOE.

This is a full-time position with an employee agreement (W-2).

Duration: 8 months . July 1st, 2020 to February 29, 2021.

Potentially longer pending next round of funding.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

A) Ideally, you have played a significant role in building a SaaS product for “creators” (e.g., a presentation tool, website builder, a form builder, etc.).

B) Technical skills

7+ years experience building consumer facing web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

2+ years experience building single page web applications using ReactJS, Redux, ES6, Bable.js, JSX, Polymer, Webpack, Jest

Solid grasp of best practices to improve browser performance.

Bonus if you know: GraphQL, Relay, Lighthouse, TypeScript, jsPlumb

C) Soft skills
