Retail - Sales Associate

Employees in this position are responsible, but not limited to the following responsibilities below:

Work closely with Retail General and Assistant Managers to maintain retail location

Sale products carried in retail store to customers.

Ability to deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer that enters store.

Have a good attitude.

Possess good communication skills. Be able to assess the customers needs and deliver on those requests.

Be self-motivated.

Be proficient at all retail operations of the POS system.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Ensure compliance of all company policy and procedures.

Posses critical thinking skills

Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.

Have good judgement and common sense.

Goal oriented.

Be a team player and willingness to be a part of a team.

Good work ethic.

Have a passion for retail and selling.
