HVAC TECHNICIAN

The HVAC Technician is responsible to diagnose, install, service and repair systems and equipment along with other duties as required.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years experience in HVAC trade skill set in residential and light commercial

Excellent communications skills.

HVAC technical school education preferred.

Ability to drive a company vehicle and satisfy the requirements of the insurance carrier.

Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug and background check.

Current City of Wichita Journeyman HVAC License

Hold a Universal EPA License

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders

Frequently required to carry or lift, up to 100 pounds.

Occasionally required to carry or lift items with help weighing up to 400 pounds for short distances.

Frequently required to stand, walk, crawl and squat for long periods of time.

Frequently required to work in crawl spaces and attics.
