A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As an Outside Sales Representative of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) RV windshields, you represent our company when you meet with both small and large businesses. Through phone calls and face-to-face meetings, you generate leads and help our customers find the best products and services for their needs. You aim to personally connect with clients and build strong relationships while developing and closing new business opportunities.

Though you love interacting with people, you are also organized and goal-oriented. To stay at the top of your game, you keep up to date on our competitors, industry trends, and government regulations. Your energetic attitude, integrity, and professionalism are essential in meeting your sales quotas and revenue goals. You enjoy meeting new people, working in the field, and that no two days are exactly the same.

QUALIFICATIONS

Pre-existing relationships and experience with the OE RV industry

Associate degreeORequivalent combination of education and experience

2+ years of outside sales experience

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Ability to travel 80% of the time within the Elkhart, IN area

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
