We are a global provider of technology products, services and solutions, with 2021 sales of over $30 billion.Arrow Electronics is hiring a cross-team Planning & Delivery Manager / RTE for their Digital department. In this people manager role, you will actively help guide your team with the planning and successful execution of our roadmaps. Your products consist of global e-commerce websites, online B2B portals, specialist web-tools and public facing APIs. What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead, guide, and train across your team of 5+ SCRUM Masters, each a servant leader to a small to medium sized agile delivery team
  • Manage and optimize release management through a dedicated Release Manager/Coordinator, also reporting into you
  • Work closely with the Product Team (Product Managers, Product Owners), Business Analysts, Development and QA resources to help drive reliable delivery cadence
  • Create, maintain, and update accurate delivery plans and roadmaps with each team, reflecting the business prioritization from Product
  • Help your team plan out their resources, cross team dependencies, manage their roadblocks and drive a reliable cadence of delivery
  • Standardize and optimize the workflows and approaches for software delivery across the teams, in collaboration with Product and Development
  • Help formalize the overarching and combined roadmaps and delivered views for our business stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
  • Prior experience as a Release Train Engineer or (super/chief)SCRUM Master for multiple teams and disciplines, or very similar experience
  • Experience in people management, ideally in RTE or chief SCRUM master role
  • You understand agile environments and dynamics extremely well, and you have experience driving best practices and standardization
  • Product and SCRUM have been your day-to-day for a few years, but the inevitable crossovers into traditional waterfall do not scare you.
  • They are part of our global environment, and you know how to combine, unite and plan successfully across these worlds.
  • You have a good technical understanding of (web)applications and development processes in general A good sense for business needs and eagerness to learn and understand our evolving landscapes.
  • This role requires you to help drive our strategy, priority, and planning across a variety of teams, cultures, and time zones
  • While you are not doing this alone, it does mean risk mitigation, unplanned challenges and tough decisions are a part of your daily job. Your sense for stakeholder management is therefore excellent and you have great communication skills.
  • You feel equally comfortable engaging with a group of developers as doing presentations to senior management.
  • You have excellent Atlassian skills (Jira, but also Confluence and Bitbucket) when it comes to planning, roadmaps, resource management and release planning
  • Familiarity with Aha! or other Product-like roadmap tooling is a plus

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$108,100.00 - $157,300.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
