Ability to work with Intune in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM)

Responsible for the end points, their patch management and health monitoring.

Proven experience with industry standard end- user technologies including hardware, , operating systems, patch management, security, identity management, directory services and preferably messaging and collaboration technologies

Recognized internally as subject matter expert (SME) in the EUC domain. And is fully knowledgeable on the day to day activities of their business area

Manage Microsoft Intune for Android, iOS and Windows 10 users.

Process & Policy document for BYOD & COD Users.

Responsible for services offered, delivering value to EUC customers, underscored with an ongoing commitment to technical excellence and exceptional service levels.

Implement the controls necessary to provide security and stability of the EUC estate

Develop and implement high quality support services, knowledge base content, best practices and methodologies

Participates as the End User Compute subject matter expert in the development of solutions in support of new business and application expansion

Qualifications

Azure AD, O365 stack, Intune & Conditional Access, Windows Information Protection, Azure RMS, Azure Information Protection.

Active Directory, Group policies, DNS, DHCP, TCP/ IP Networking, DHCP, AGPM, Home & Roaming Profiles, IE Security, application controls.

Azure AD Connect & Hybrid workplace join, Password management for non- domain joined end points.

SME for Microsoft Direct Access & Windows 10 Always on VPN.

Knowledge in Intune enrollment.

Graph API & Log analytics for dashboard reporting on O365 application, OSD, Intune & CA complaint status.

Create and deploy Windows Information Protection (WIP) app protection policy with Intune.

Prepare dashboard using power BI integration.

Automating work flows, excellent hands- on experience on power shell.
