Working Lineman Foreman

We take great pride in the quality of our work and are looking for hard working, safety conscious individuals who are looking for a long term career opportunity.Job DescriptionThe Foreman is responsible to supervise, coordinate, and control a team, or several teams of workers at assigned worksites to achieve planned production rates in a safe, cost effective, and quality-focused manner. This is a working supervisor position, and thus requires the foreman to have equivalent knowledge and to perform the same activities as those being supervised. Must understand how the job goes together and envision the work to be performed including a perception of difficulties that may be encountered. Must have the ability to direct the activities of all employees assigned, ensure sufficient labor, materials, and equipment is available to complete the planned work as scheduled.Qualifications

3 years direct field experience with a minimum 2 years specific experience in work being supervised.

Licensed Journeyman Lineman

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; OTJ experience can be substituted for education

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Willing to travel and have reliable transportation

Valid Driver's License

OSHA 10, 30, Safeland preferred

Willing to work OT as required by project deadlines

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
