Kforce has a client in search of a DevOps Developer in Fairfax, VA.Key Tasks:
Custom programming and DevOps support for applications delivery to AWS Cloud understanding the AWS CDK
Upload files to AWS; Use of Gitlab CI/CD
Extracting/Storing/Searching Metadata
Working with geospatial web applications
Application development in an Agile team providing updates and new features to existing applications; Planning/developing new applications for the customer as needed
Testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of existing applications and issues with updates or new features
Contributing ideas and efforts towards internal projects and working as part of a team to find solutions on various problems
BS in Computer Science or other related field (or combined with relevant experience)
AWS Solution Architect certification a plus (not required)
7-10 years of hands-on development experience and working with AWS
Ability to communicate and work well with others
Capable of handling a fast-paced work environment, deadlines and new challenges
