Pharmacy Operations Manageryou will join to dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality care to the community. ThePharmacy Manager'sdirect responsibility is to staff development of Pharmacists (Patient Care and Clinical), Pharmacy Technicians and Ancillary personnel in the Pharmacy Department. B.S. Degree in Pharmacy |
MBA, or PharmD degree with MBA |

Experience: |
5 years ofexperience in hospital pharmacy, 2 years supervisor experience |
5years of management/supervisory experience |

Computer/Software Knowledge: |
Working knowledge of pharmacy systems |
Knowledge of Star System, Horizon Meds Manager, and related software for Automated Distribution Cabinets |

Licensure/Certification |
Registered in State of Delaware as a Pharmacist or eligible. |
