Urgent Care Center Nurse Coordinator

A regional leadinghealthcaresystem located in south Florida is currently searching for multiple experienced Urgent Care Center Nurse Coordinator to join their award-winning organization.

The Nurse Coordinator will lead the daily operations and patient flow of the Urgent Care Center. This includes managing all staffing needs, maintain center supplies and inventory, lead quality assurance and performance improvement projects, oversee fiscal budget of the center, and ensure employee and center excellence. The Nurse Coordinator will serve as the main administrative leader for the Urgent Care Charge Nurses, Nursing Staff, and all other Center staff. This is a full-time position with hours from 9:00am-5:30pm.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in NursingBSN
• Registered Nurse RNlicensurein state of Florida
• CurrentBLScertification
• Minimum 2-years of prior nursing experience
