The Nurse Manager Med Surg will have clinical and administrative oversight for this active 20-bed Medical Surgical and Oncology unit. The Medical Surgical RN Manager will lead a dedicated team of Registered Nurses and other support staff. The Nurse Manager Med Surg will collaborate with other hospital leaders to implement quality improvement initiatives and have budgetary oversight. The ideal candidate is BSN-prepared, knowledgeable on the latest evidenced-based practices, flexible, and ready to support the team however needed.
