Our approach includes an integrated CR department, including research, policy, philanthropy, government relations, public engagement and sustainability, as well as deep integration into the business.To help clearly and consistently communicate this work, the CR communications team is looking to fill the role of Vice President, Executive Communications, for Corporate Responsibility. This role will provide direct executive communications support and strategic guidance to the Global Head of Corporate Responsibility and other CR executives.Reporting to the Head of Corporate Responsibility Communications and in close partnership with the Chief of Staff for the CR Department, this role will be responsible for:Developing and project managing executive materials, such as briefings, remarks or talking points for

External facing touchpoints ( e.g., speaking engagements and public announcements)

Internal touchpoints ( e.g., Department-wide communications, town halls events)

Working with the CR public relations and stakeholder engagement communications teams to support proactive internal and external thought leadership opportunities for the Head of CR, in support of CR Comms strategy, including managing content strategy and social media.

Providing strategic messaging guidance and support around engagement for timely global and local milestones, cultural moments and reputational issues.

Offering creative platforms to elevate Head of CR to broader JPMC audiences across LOBs to demonstrate synergies of CR with the business, in partnership with internal CR Comms team.

Creating linkages across key departmental priorities, for example, embedding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion communication opportunities across the executive leadership platform.

Identifying and offering opportunities to galvanize a growing CR department and external amplification, including ongoing development and refreshing of core CR-wide collateral.

Staffing the Global Head of Corporate Responsibility on occasion for speaking engagements and/or travel.

Providing support for other Firm or CR leaders on priority opportunities.

Location: Washington, DC or New York, NYQualifications:7-10 years relevant experience leading high-profile communications

Experience working with executives providing strategic advice and messaging support

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent project management, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail

Proven ability to build effective, collaborative relationships and work independently

Commitment to exemplifying the highest standards of integrity and professional excellence

Ability to function in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to manage and adapt to changing priorities and timelines

Experience working with Microsoft Applications, Salesforce, SharePoint, media monitoring platforms, digital analytics and amplification platforms and social media platforms.
