Maintenance person for mid size apt complex (Madison County)

Need part time maintenance person for medium sized apt complex. Work Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri. Off Wednesday and weekends. Work 6 to 7 hours a day. Pay is $12/hour starting out. Need to be able to do drywall, painting, clean apts. between tenants. Also light plumbing, such as fix drippy faucet, install heating elements and thermostats in hot water heaters. Also know how to do light electrical, such as changing plugs, installing ceiling fans, etc. Cut grass and use weed eater around the property. Pick up trash from the ground. You would answer to the property manager. Need somebody dependable, and someone who will work. This is a pretty easy job, but we do insist in pride of workmanship, and being able to get along with tenants, and property manager. Please no attitudes! This is an ideal job for a retired person, or someone who has some income, and just needs to augment it a bit. An apt could be given as part of the package.
