Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid Level Advanced Mission Systems (MS) Analysis, Integration and Test (AIT) Engineer (Level 3) to join the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mission Systems team located in St. Louis, MO. This position will focus on supporting the BDS business unit.The BDS Mission Systems team develops and implements analysis, integration and test engineering solutions for key Mission Systems capability areas including, but not limited to:
- Situation Awareness
- Weapons Employment
- Autonomy
- Manned and Un-Manned Teaming (MUM-T)
- Navigation
- Mission Management
- Communications
- Survivability
- Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR)
- Mission Systems Architecture, Design and Development from the conceptual platform level down to physical hardware and software
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) implementation of architecture and design for prioritized Mission Systems capability area digital threads
- Mission Systems Performance Analysis supporting prioritized Mission Systems capability area digital threads
- Integration and Testing of Mission Systems capability area digital threads across venues (Desktop Test, Mixed Fidelity Labs, System Integration Labs, etc.)
- Documentation of Engineering Practices for replication, scaling and continuous improvement
- Working across program stakeholders and subject matter experts in various engineering disciplines (Operational Analysis, Software Engineering, Mission Systems Hardware, Flight Simulation, etc.)
- Currently possess a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- Experience developing or integrating avionics or mission systems
- Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering principles and tools (e.g. Ops analysis, subsystem/sensor models, emulators, tools like AFSIM, Cameo, etc.)
- Able to travel 10% of the time
- Experience with designing, developing and testing complex embedded systems
- Experience in Mission Systems capability areas listed
- Experience working Analysis, Integration and Testing in a digital construct with MBSE
- Experience with Digital Transformation principles and approaches
- Self-starter, problem solver; comfortable jumping in as needed to support the program
- Demonstrated collaborative style, with ability to work with diverse teams
