Mortgage Field Services (Bloomington)

Set your own hours - This position is a 1099 sub-contractor position. You must have reliable transportation, must have a cell phone and knowledge of using apps and taking pictures, must pass a background check ($62) with no criminal record, no sex offenders. This job entails travel to various homes to determine occupancy, complete exterior and/or interior inspections of bank owned homes. All work is completed on apps. Must be willing to work various hours and weekends to accommodate work load. You will be assigned a territory. Must be detailed oriented, willing to help in other areas as needed, knowledge of Excel, and routing orders via google maps prior to days work. Serious inquiries only. Hiring two people.
