Help wanted and needed

I own a construction company and needing help I need people who will show up daily and do a good job I pay as per experience please don't reply if you are not serious about a construction job I need labors, sheet rock hangers and finishers, painters and so on a general knowledge of construction would be helpful but I can show anyone willing to work how to do the job
