Enterprise Service Desk Specialist I

Overview:Mission Essential Position, Trace is hiring immediately!Job Title:Enterprise Service Desk Specialist IJob Location:Arlington, VASecurity Clearance:Position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearanceDue to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.Job Responsibilities:Trace Systems is actively recruiting for an experienced Enterprise Service Desk Specialist I to join our team based on-site with Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) in Arlington, VA.This essential role will:

Conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk.

Execute scripts and answering calls.

Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues.

Open and close tickets.

Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience in an IT environment

Current DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification

Position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance

Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
