1.) Who we are:

We are a medium sized, cloud-based consultancy headquartered in Delaware, USA, but with consultants spread across the globe, from Asia to South America. We have our main office in Las Vegas,NV. We primarily handle Academic Consulting for Doctorate level clients, and are currently hiring Academic Consultants.

2.) About the Position

This is a strictly work-from-home position, and any applicant should view this as a strong incentive. The position has high hour requirements, 60-70 a week is normal, and is ideal for a young, smart graduate (preferably with an advanced degree). We've seen a lot of success from former professional poker players or gamers, or other very analytically minded candidates who can plow through large amounts of work very efficiently.

3.) Hiring Process

All applicants must send a detailed cover letter explaining why they would be a good fit for the position. Applications without a cover letter will be deleted. We will then require a written assessment, to test your writing and analytical skills. Upon successful completion of the process, and after a series of phone interviews, we would offer the candidate a full time position with a strong pay package. The pay is discretionary, but successful project managers can expect to make around $6000-$7000/month and well over $10,000 in a good month. Note that this is after you've built up a client roster and have experience on the job - you cannot expect to make this in your first few months. The majority of this job will involve communications with leads and clients, as well as management and oversight of existing analysts. While there is absolutely 0 'cold-calling' of any kind, you will be expected to speak to, and consult with, potential interested clients when they contact the firm. Finally, you need to be able to manage expectations, and build long-lasting relationships with both your academic and business clients.

4.) Requirements:

Applicants must possess a meticulous nature and an extremely high attention to detail.

Excellent command of the English Language.

Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably from a good American university. However, most of our consultants have graduate degrees.

The applicant must be extremely comfortable with technology and especially with G-Suite functionality.

5.) Compensation:

Academic Consultants will make significantly more past their 3-month training period, and average around $70,000-$80,000 per year - it is common for senior consultants to make $10,000-$13,000 in high months. This is not a 'too good to be true' ad; to get to those higher numbers, we fully expect availability even outside of normal business hours, and a massive workload. If you want an 'easy' or 'relaxing' job, this isn't it. This is a very aggressive, high-pressure environment, with constant push to perform. It is, however, one of the very highest paying legitimate work from home jobs available.
