Job Description
Summary and Duties- Social media strategy implementation
- Design daily social media engagement posts
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the campaign.
- Working with the Head of Marketing to improve the design, content, and conversion of brand awareness into paying customers
- Evaluating customer research, market trends, and competitor data.
- Follow through the customer journey from start to end -> unaware, -> aware -> to new customer
- Google analytics - measuring and reporting with relevance to SMART objectives and return on digital media results.
- Trackingsearch positions on social media accounts to drivetrafficto the company website to aid online purchase.
Qualifications
Requirements of the role:- A proactive attitude
- Ability to plan and report on online objectives
- Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practice.
- Experience in SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
- A 'can-do attitude' with a problem-solving mentality
- Attention to detail and organized
