We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager for a Mobile Home Community.

PRIMARY DUTIES ANS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, assist in all phases of property operations and to act as main point of contact.
- Maintain low delinquency rate by assisting in the timely collection of rents, related banking activities and documentation of all transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors and coworkers
- Maintain accurate resident files including: deposits, lease applications/agreements, rent increases, late payments, collections, evictions, tenant move-ins and move-outs,
- Demonstrate professionalism while acting in accordance with State and Federal laws and regulations
- Walk property and ensure that community safety and curb appeal is in accordance with company standards
- Ensure that all service requests and preventative maintenance work is done in a timely manner
- Reports accidents, potential insurance claims and emergency situations to the Operations Manager.
- Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- All applicants MUST be local to the city they are applying for
- At least 1year previous property management required
- Career driven individual that displays passion and optimism for what they do
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities
- Previous history in providing a high level of customer service
- Ability to maintain professional and calm demeanor while managing difficult situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and perform basic mathematical functions
- Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft office products)
- High school diploma or general education degree
Must pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol testing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Rawlins, WY 82301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
