Job Description
The
Practice Manager reflects the mission, vision, and values of NMHC, adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.The Practice Manager is responsible for planning, directing and monitoring operations to achieve excellence in the delivery of patient care in a specialty physician practice while creating an inspiring and rewarding environment for staff members. The Practice Manager is responsible for the operational management and coordination of the overall activities, clinical services and programs for the practice.
Qualifications
Required:
- Three years of management experience in a medical setting or related experience
- Demonstrated success in medical office management
- Skilled in budget and financial planning, strategic planning, problem solving, and team building
- A collaborative team player with a high degree of comfort interacting with patients, physicians, and executives
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education
