For immediate consideration, please send your updated resume to Description Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to provides technical expertise to an enterprise-class hybrid cloud/datacenter organization. The ServiceNow SME will focus on implementing Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Integration, CMDB, Asset Management, Import Sets, Service Catalogs/Workflows and Custom Workflows, Discovery, and Service Mapping in all related areas within a Service Now Implementation. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on expertise to implement solutions and blend the 4C's (Communication, Collaboration, Competency, and Character) for optimal success within the position. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Integration, CMDB, Asset Management, Import Sets, Service Catalogs/Workflows and Custom Workflows, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Workflow creation to automate routine tasks base on requirements.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow.
- Review and apply additional UI/UX requirements from internal team and align into ServiceNow development.
- Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Support, administration and maintenance of User/Group/Role Management, List/Form Updates, Catalog Items/Service Portal and Workflows.
- Perform Data migration to import data from other applications and external databases.
- Implement new functionality using Client Scripts, business rules, ACL, UI policies and UI actions.
- Implements SLAs, ACLs, Client Scripts, and UI policies per requirements.
- 4+ years of ServiceNow administration.
- 6+ years IT experience, installing, integrating with, and supporting commercial software on Windows and Linux.
- Provide a high level of quality/accuracy.
- Have significant experience with two or more of the following technical areas:
- Ability to proactively identify potential issues and provide recommended solutions.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- 8570 compliance (Active Security and OS certifications).
- Active Secret or Interim Top Secret Clearance required.
