Lab Sample Runner - Vehicle Operator

Kelly Services is hiring for a Lab Sample Runner in Orange, TX (zip code 77630)This person will operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver lab samples on site.Shift schedule: Rotating 12 hour day and night shiftsJob Description:The Plant lab runner is responsible for picking up and delivering samples throughout the plant. Sample runs should be performed at the top of every hour. Make extra Sample Runs when requested. -The Lab Runner is responsible for retaining the shipment samples after the analysis is complete.Vehicle Operator - Sample Carrier will drive to each unit at the top of each hour and pick up samples.

Return to lab and log in samples.

Perform visual inspection testing following procedure and enter data into Lims.

Maintain reference room.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Valid state driver's license is required.

Steel toed shoes are required.

Ability to lift 40-50lbs.
