There is no official "end time". (No more than 12 hours in one day).Job Summary:Shipping/Loading associates remove mattresses/ box springs from the bagging machine and transports them to the loading dock. Each unit is then unloaded by hand and placed into the trailer per the shipping order. The associate then reviews the shipping order to ensure all items have been loaded and returns the cart to the warehouse.Responsibilities:Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:

Minimum 18 years of age

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedures manual, and to comprehend basic instructions.

Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor, lead, co-workers and other personnel.

Ability to work productively alone or as part of a team.

Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a practical, methodical way while preserving sense of urgency

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand and walk.

Position requires continuous pushing and pulling a wheeled cart containing finished goods.

Position requires frequent pushing and pulling the finished units off the wheeled cart into the trailer.

-Ability to safely lift over 50 lbs. and move pallets of mattresses with the assistance of manual pallet jacks.

Position requires frequent overheard lifting and pushing and pulling when loading finished units horizontally on top of upright units in the

trailer.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMSkills:

Must be able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment

Must be able to work flexible hours

Basic English reading/writing skills (preferred)

Fast-paced plant operations environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand for extended periods, to sit and talk or hear.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.

The noise level in the work environment is moderate.

Safety glasses are required PPE.
