Smith Gardens, Inc. has been growing premium annuals and perennials for 120 years and we currently have a position open for a Seasonal Garden Center Merchandisers.
Qualified candidate will be working at the Juneau Home Depot Garden Center.
Job duties include: unloading racks of seasonal color, staging displays, filling tables with product, watering plants, removing dead and unsellable product and other Garden Center Merchandising duties. Must have strong communications skills and work well with other merchandisers, store associates as well as customers.
Candidate must also have reliable transportation to store, ability to roll racks of product around garden center, lift trays of product off racks and work in adverse weather conditions.
Positions starts in early May and ends in early July. Hours and work days are flexible.
