Job Status: Full Time / 5 days / 18-18.50

Schedule availability: 40 hours / Shift Monday -Friday / 8am/8:30am -5:00pm / Schedule availability (5 days)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated CSR Scheduler- Dispatch professional to join a new and dynamic operation. As CSR, you will be the operation’s conductor and support system responsible for Scheduling and maintaining ongoing communication with delivery teams, clients, and customers in order to address and resolve any problems or obstacles that could interfere with the timely completion of scheduled deliveries.

CSR operate company cell phones and land line telephones to schedule and support home décor delivery trucks. coordinate the activities of drive teams (driver & helper) and other personnel.

Responsibilities

. Schedules residential deliveries with customers.

· Monitors how delivery teams are progressing through their routes and schedules – informs or makes adjustments as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

· Combination of education and 1-3 years relevant logistics/ scheduling-dispatch experience collectively considered.

· High energy and motivating skills

· Routing, dispatch, and warehouse experience a big plus

· Computer proficiency: Microsoft Applications and other operational or client systems
