Experienced Heavy Equipment Operators Wanted (Big Spring, Texas)

We are currently looking for equipment operators in the immediate area with experience. (Bulldozers, blade, etc., gps and laser a plus, finish hand a big plus)

We are hiring in the $18-$25 range based on experience.

There will be a 14 day trial period, that if either we, or the individual, do not feel like this is a fit, we will part ways at no one's fault. The supervisor knows what an operator can do just by seeing his skills, so we would appreciate if you didn't waste our time trying to fake your way through the trial period. The starting pay is as stated above, we are not looking for suggestions of what it should pay, this is where the pay starts.
