Small Dog Electronics is seeking a friendly, dynamic Apple enthusiast to join our retail staff full time at our Flynn Ave location. Ability to have a flexible schedule and Saturday availability is a must.
A fierce commitment to customer service, knowledge of and passion for Apple products, an understanding of the digital lifestyle, keen attention to detail and weekend availability is a must! Our retail store is open Monday - Saturday from 10-6 Current Covid-19 hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm
Strong customer service skills, ability to work with users with a variety of technical knowledge, follow through on customer requests and ability to multitask is a must. Passion for technology and customer service. We take customer service very seriously and believe customers should all have the same consistent experience no matter what staff member is helping them. You do not have to be an Apple user to apply, but it is preferred. We will provide training on Apple products to the right individual.
-Managing workflow in a fast-paced retail environment, which also includes a full-service call center
-Email correspondence and follow-up with customers
-Providing the best customer service experience before, during and after the sale to strengthen customer loyalty, we aim to be "always by your side"
- Following proper PPE requirements during COVID-19 are required by all staff, including wearing masks and frequently cleaning surfaces.
