Field Merchandiser - Full Time

ActionLink supports many leading brands across the consumer home products and electronics industries. Our team of field merchandisers are highly self-reliant, mechanically inclined, and technically minded individuals that work in retail environments without the standard retail hours.

Our Merchandising Specialists travel to various big-box retailers to set up new product items, install technical devices, assemble displays, and complete routine visual maintenance tasks for our clients and vendor partners. If selected, you will play a key role in supporting critical product releases and creating visually attractive displays that allow our clients’ innovative brands to stand out and excite customers.

SCHEDULING:

32-40 hours per week with guaranteed scheduling minimum of 64 hours of pay per 2-week pay period

Retail visits are scheduled and completed Mondays through Fridays, typically between stores’ opening hours and 5 or 6pm. Our merchandisers are authorized to schedule visits in Best Buys as early as 8am before they open to the general public.

PAY & BENEFITS:

This role operates on a 2-tiered pay rate system depending on the specific in-store merchandising task being done:

$15.00/hourforGeneral Merchandisingtasks - these are routine, visual maintenance assignments such as product stocking/placement, updating signage, auditing inventory, tidying up the display, basic endcaps, changeouts, etc.

$17.00/hourforMerchandising Plustasks - these are more advanced, technically involved assignments such as electronic device set ups/hook-ins, power functionality, display troubleshooting, interactive installations, etc.

$9.50/hour for all training, reporting, and store-to-store drive time

Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
