Job TitleQuality Assurance Test LeadLocationTMH - Columbus INJob DescriptionPosition Summary: Toyota Material Handling (TMH) is undertaking an aggressive digital transformation designed to add unprecedented efficiency to its operation and improve the customer experience for its large customer base. As a part of this digital transformation, Toyota is developing and installing a highly integrated Dealer Management System (DMS) across its entire dealer network. The platform will be highly integrated with our corporate system and will connect data and information across dealer territories as a part of our 'One Toyota' vision. The DMS is central to many of Toyota's most strategic initiatives and vision for the future.The ideal candidate will be an experienced Microsoft Dynamics lead with a strong testing and background. The person will work closely with Business Process Owners, vendor resources and internal IT resources as part of the Dealer Management implementation team. The position will focus on ensuring that quality application system testing is applied to Toyota's Dealer Connect Dynamics 365 platform and releases delivered adhere to Toyota's quality testing standards. Essential Position Duties:

  • Coordinate testing efforts with internal team, vendors and dealer users.
  • Create the test strategies for each dealer implementation. Maintain process and procedures consistent with overall TMH philosophy.
  • Represent testing with management. Provide feedback on status. Generate reports, track metrics, and create post-release summary.
  • Manage the testing environment. Keep the environment up-to-date with needed updates to support the testing effort.
  • Evaluate software changes for impact on testing, ensuring that effort is made to minimize cost of change.
  • Keep current with advances in test practices/methodologies.
  • Define the vision and tools needed to automate test plans and scripts for current and ongoing initiatives and programs.
  • Define recovery plans with Development teams.
  • Participate in the Go/No Go decision.
  • Execute testing: Run defined scenarios (acceptance, convergence & non-regression) on several environments.
  • Identify and qualify bugs and non-conformity areas.
  • Document issues through Incident Reports raised to Development teams for resolution.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans and monitoring and reporting on test execution.
  • Experience with ISO audit and governance.
  • Use Azure DevOps in the cloud to track test script completion.
  • Work with internal IT and third-party development teams to resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Partner with 3rd party vendors to certify and validate their solutions.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
  • Additional duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
  • Demonstrated technical and analyst skills on prior Dynamics 365
  • 3-6 years of experience planning and coordinating various testing activities (integration, end to end, UAT, creating test plans, defects coordination etc.) across multiple teams.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or 5+ years of related experience.
· Preferred Prior management experience: 5 year minimum.
  • Navision (or Business Central), Dynamics CRM and/or Field Service experience a plus
  • Prior software implementation experience with a dealer/ distributor network a plus
