The strategy for Direct Mail has already been laid out for the year, but the team needs someone at a manager level to be able to help with the activation and execution of strategy w/ cross functional teams. Direct Mail experience is preferred but the team is also open to someone who has had more of a CRM background as well.

Responsible for managing the strategy, planning, execution and analyzing of performance for the direct mail channel for Client's portfolio of brands, with the goal to drive incremental revenue.

Design, execute, and measure direct mail campaigns for acquisition, retention, and reactivation audiences

Partner with CRM team and external vendors to maximize full funnel conversion efforts for acquisition and retention audiences.

Rigorously test direct mail attributes; from content and format to lists, selects, offers, and segmentation.

Establish communication loop with Brand team to understand seasonal trends, tentpole launches, and other key initiatives to drive direct mail content and campaigns

Act as liaison with creative department to drive the creation of direct mail collateral (new or updating existing)

Create production schedules and maintain established deadlines to ensure that all mailings go out on time.

Manage print vendors for cost analysis, production oversight and campaign execution

Manage data vendors for audience targeting, segmentation, on-going and ad-hoc analytics

Analyze large amounts of data to optimize programs

Own and track campaign financials to ensure budgets are met and channel is driving most effective and efficient business performance

Automate operations and scale the program to meet planned growth

Maintain Client's brand voice and response guidelines, while clearly understanding escalation issues and taking quick action to follow protocol

Contribute to strategy, new ideas and efficiency improvement.
