We offer exciting growth potential to advance to a Deli management or a store management role We provide benefits rarely found in the restaurant or retail industriesWhat you need to succeed The knowledge to represent our products with confidence and the desire to provide genuine, friendly service to our discerning customers Stable work history with two years of experience in a retail or customer service environment Ability to build sales through suggestive selling, sampling, cross-merchandising and unique display presentation Innovative and creative in approach, with a strong aesthetic sensibility and eye for detail Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. frequently and up to 40 lbs. occasionally; push/pull 4-wheel product-loaded carts weighing up to 250 lbs.; and handle a variety of substances associated with cleaning/packaging materials and food productionWhat's in it for you?
