Established in Boulder, Colorado, in 2005, Ku Cha House of Tea is a traditional Chinese tea shop. We import and sell premium loose leaf teas from around the world.

We are looking for all tea lovers, and alike, to join in our small but dynamic team at the Downtown Boulder Pearl Street Mall location.

The job is to help customers to find their best solutions in Ku Cha teas. You will also be able to steep teas for customers. Your previous retail experience will be very helpful, but not required. Upon joining our team, you will have chance to take part in our extended tea training. Besides selling teas, you will also conduct other responsibilities, such as running POS system and cash drawer, packing teas, stocking up merchandise, putting away inventories and supplies, tidying up the store, making drinks, etc.

The salary will depend on your experience, and start with $14.50. You will also have chance to earn tips, bonus and to enjoy discounted merchandise and tea.
