We are a local Yacht Services Company in search of an office manager. The yachting industry is upscale while casual, fun but with high-stakes. It can be chaotic at moments, although yachting is all about relaxing. It's a flurry of conflicting concepts that come out to be a really exciting and interesting job.

The Dream Boat Co. has seen 200% growth year over year. We provide ALL types of boat and yacht services; marine towing, sales, service, lessons, Captain's transports. We even patented a life-saving marine product last year!

We need someone who is above all, timely, organized and self-directed to help us take care of the day-to-day tasks as well as problem-solving and organizing as needed.

Common Tasks Include:

Tracking expenses, payments, and progress of multiple ongoing yacht management projects

Taking and making phone calls as required

Designing basic graphics

Required Qualifications:

Savvy with computers (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office)

Superior organizational and time management skills

Reliable transportation

Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:

Basic graphic design skills

Marketing or social media outreach experience

Bookkeeping experience

Office experience

You would be working in our Bellingham office alongside Captain Randy, the owner. Dream Boat Co is a fun and casual work environment, but we still require professionalism and a good work ethic as we are a small team doing a lot of work.
