Compensation:

We start at $16 an hour with additional incentives for a 90 day training period. After the 90 day training period full incentivized positions are available. Our incentivized pay scale allows employees to be compensated accordingly for their hard work. AFS incentivized employees average $20+ an hour / $40-$60k yr. and receive medical, 401k, and boot reimbursement among other great perks.

Potential hires must:

Have a valid drivers license

Have two forms of identification

Be drug free

Undergo a background evaluation

Be able to lift at least 75 pounds

Follow and work safely within protocols

Have basic math skills

Have basic computer knowledge

Have the ability to multi-task
