Hiring part-time assistant at my retail store

Wesley's Red Hot Deals & Steals - is an online marketing agency in addition to a physical storefront for shoppers to pick up live sale items as featured through Facebook. We are seeking an in-store associate who will help to run the retail side of our business by assisting in-store shoppers who arrive to pick-up online sale winnings. You will be the face of our business, so customer service and professionalism as well as a professional appearance is a must. You'll also be handling cash and customers private financial information. Discretion and trust are two big key features in this role. Lastly, need someone reliable and who wants to work & learn the craft. In addition to acting as a store associate, you'll assist with live sales at the store that are broadcasted through social media. This role will be helping moderate the live sale and writing down the orders as they come in, as well as fielding customer questions and helping keep track of the inventory. There will also be times you'll be expected to help unload new merchandise and package merchandise that's been purchased for pick-up. This is a part-time position. Expect to work on Wednesday 4-9. As well as on Friday 12-5 & 11-6 on Saturday's & 12-6 on Sunday's. The position also comes with an employee discount. This is ideally a role for someone looking for a little extra income. This is part-time work. But it's also a fun job and I don't micromanage as long as you're taking care of the store & the customers. I might even train the right candidate the marketing side of the business if you're looking for extra hours. That role would have you posting links on our social media pages. A resume is a must.
