CNC Grinder (Sterling Heights)

Looking for an immediate hire with experience working with CNC machines. Great pay and great benefits for hardworking, reliable and motivated machine programmer/operator. Ideal candidate has recent experience with Pictographic software, ideally Studer software.

Job Responsibilities

- Program and operate a CNC grinding machine independently.

- Operate a new Studer S33 running StuderWIN software with confidence and accuracy.

- Grind diameters, faces, angles and more.

- Grinding a wide variety of materials, geometries, sizes and tolerances.

Job Requirements

- Experience operating and maintaining advanced CNC equipment and software.

- Demonstrated knowledge of the ins and outs of effectively programming OD grinders.

- Experience operating manual OD, ID, surface and centerless grinder is a plus.

- Good understanding of GD&T.

- Proficiency in measuring tools; calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, indicators etc.
