REAL PAINTERS NEEDED (Sringfield)

I am looking for experienced painters with good work ethic, this is a full time position year round, must be able to prep, cut and roll, will need painters whites, brushes, transportation. I will be honest when I say I need quality people and if you are not able to work 8 hrs a day and 40 hrs a week with quality then please don't waste my time or yours. I need good painters that know what they are doing and that I can leave on a job and it get done, any real painters out there know what I am talking about and I hope to gain a few good people. We are very fast paced company not looking to teach and train in the basic areas of painting so experience of more than a year or more of solid painting is a must.
