Skilled Remodeling/Handyman/Service (Springfield)

Small but very fast growing construction maint. company is looking to add someone to the team. We work directly with property managers and account owners to facilitate repairs and remodels on homes in the springfield area. This is a unique position as it requires someone that has knowledge across all aspects of residential construction and repair. If you feel you have that qualification please reach out. This position will pay based on ability and owned tools. We are a family oriented company that strives on integrity, we demand high and are willing to pay well for the right person.

Requirements:

- Must have a vehicle, truck prefered.

- No calls, no shows and being late will not be tolerated.

- Have own tools (this can be discussed)

- Time and experience with all aspects of residential construction and Maint.

- No drugs

- Valid drivers license

- Cell Phone (pictures will be required)

- Good appearance as you will be face to face with acct owners.

- Pass a back ground check

- Detailed and diligent.

- Most importantly you must exhibit integrity in everything you do.

We work Monday through Friday 8-5 in Springfield and surrounding areas.

No Travel

I will pay you based on what you know and what you can prove you are worth. There is no cap. If you make the company money you will be rewarded for that. Remember "where much is given much is required"
