Construction Labor- Daily Pay $16/hr (Reno / Sparks)

Square One Solutions is currently hiring for construction laborers to help with job site clean up for many different home builders around the Reno / Sparks area and construction is booming with the nice weather! We currently have opportunities for temporary, full time employment which comes available Monday-Friday, typically only day shift.

We are currently running a Pandemic Recovery Stimulus Plan and are offering $16/hr as a base pay rate for all in town construction labor. Attendence or performance issues will result in a rate reduction to $12/hr, with the opportunity for employees to work back into good graces within 5 assignments.

The OSHA 10-Hour construction safety certification is required for this work, but if it is your first time working for us you can still work for two weeks without it- and we will help you get it- FOR FREE! We will also PAY YOU for the time you spend taking the course!

We provide same day pay by paper check or pay card at the end of each day. You must have your own personal vehicle for transportation around the job site. Steel toe boots are required, we do have rental program available. We provide hard hats, reflective vests, gloves, and water.
