Integration Specialist (Phillips)

SUMMARY

Reconcile and Execute customer Invoicing/Summary Billing while assisting in Execution of Customer Integration Programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform Consignment Billing Functions

Reconcile Reports of Consignment Usage

Maintain Customer Consignment Contracts/Pricing

Perform Consignment/Summary Invoicing Functions

Consignment delivery

Deliver and install vending inventory to customers.

Receive/adjust inventory into machines according to customers set procedure.

Alert management when warehouse equipment needs to be replaced or repaired

Understand how to fully use the Wireless Warehouse guns (pull tickets, receive material, Putaway material)

Greet customers when in a professional and friendly manner

Dress in prescribed uniform and/or follow dress code

Proactively and enthusiastically greet any customers that you encounter

Alert management as soon as possible of any problems encountered with customers

Valid Driver's License

No Driving Disqualifications Within the Last Three Years

WORKING CONDITIONS

The typical work week occurs during the hours of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. A flexible mindset and schedule is appreciated for any rare occasions where you may need to stay late. Handling freight can be physically demanding at times, and requires that you be able to perform the job with limited help.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

You will be standing for long periods of time and the warehouse isn’t air conditioned. Must have the ability to lift heavy objects (either for delivery or while working in the warehouse) on a regular basis.
