Job Description

The role will work amongst a shared services team. The primary duty is to own the end-to-end management of Global learning programs, including (but not limited to) scoping & analysis, proposing solutions, designing & developing curriculum, implementation & evaluating the business impact.

The Program Manager will contribute their skillset as/when required for core strategic program management, development & design tasks, or any other reasonable request. The ideal candidate will be expected to proactively expand on the value-add of enablement for the business in multiple areas of importance, as business priorities dictate the requirements; examples of these could be Sales Methodology, New Hire Training, Product Training etc.

The role requires interaction with the extended executive leadership team of Veeam and has a direct influence on the driving of core Veeam Business Improvement Strategies. The role also offers scope for creating & establishing new enablement hallmarks of excellence & best practices, working within a fast-growing company with great ideas, and a bright future with lots of opportunity to grow & work cross culturally.

  • Own & manage the development of enablement curricula & training programs.
  • Scheduling training events across all regional locations & time zones.
  • Developing & designing training interventions using the ADDIE process, engaging with key stakeholders and gaining relevant sign off along the design journey.
  • Creates & executes Train the Trainer (T3) processes for internally developed content.
  • Create storyboards, PowerPoint Presentations, Facilitator & Participant Guides, classroom supporting materials in line with corporate brand standards, for Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual ILT & eLearning, regardless of authoring tool, which includes fonts, colors & animations.
  • Should consider a variety of instructional methods to ensure maximum delivery effectiveness, including individual or small group instruction (such as Train The Trainer), classroom, eLearning, Video On-Demand, self-study, simulation & role play exercises, distance learning, webinars, video conferencing, etc.
  • Collaborate with developers/graphics designers to construct course Establish & manage relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders outside of the department.
  • Submit materials for regular reviews throughout the ADDIE process and maintain accurate reports via the project reporting tool(s). This includes making changes following review meetings and maintaining program updates beyond sign-off as/when required or during planned course reviews.
  • Helps support & develop department best practices, policies, and structure.
  • Think critically, work quickly and adapt to new processes & procedures, in a fluid work environment.
  • Produce comprehensive reports that show the full extent of the Business Impact of programs managed and proves the continuous ROI value.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience building & implementing enablement curriculums.
  • Strong learning consulting skills and ability to clearly communicate proposed solutions and the ability to lead without authority cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to dive into technical details and learn about product features and core customer benefits.
  • Training sales people via a solution-oriented sales methodology.
  • Creating blended learning experiences.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to manage many projects & tasks simultaneously.
  • Effectively manages constructive feedback regarding development of programs & associated work streams.
  • Ability to adopt the most effective engagement style when working with a wide range of internal & external stakeholders, SMEs, employees & leadership of all levels.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter.
  • Able to travel up to 40% of the time with some international travel
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Familiarity with customer-centric sales methodologies and their adaptation into a sales environment is desirable e.g. Richardson, Franklin Covey, Huthwaite, Challenger model etc.
  • Familiarity with certification standards such as ANSI or ISO.
