UI/UX Consultant to join an innovative and dynamic group of professionals and become our next employee-owner. We are now hiring a full-time salaried UI/UX Consultant to join our team at our corporate HQs in Indianapolis, IN. This is an onsite role located in Indianapolis, IN. UI/UX Consultant | About You As a UI/UX Consultant, you are responsible for producing high fidelity designs using a variety of tools to support the development initiatives. You will customize and develop features and design elements according to the established requirements. You have strong UI/UX skills and are confident in offering design choices and suggesting best-in-class options. You are detail-oriented and consider how others receive and interact with information. As an integral member of the team, you will participate in Agile scrum ceremonies, and collaborate on design challenges and questions across the enterprise. UI/UX Consultant | Day-to-Day- Partner with team members and business stakeholders to ensure usability, design consistency, and feature selection is aligned with project scope and delivery.
- Utilize best-in-class research and design methods.
- Produce a variety of UX prototypes in support of pursuits and clients' deliverables.
- Transform complex data and information into a simple and usable user experience.
- Conduct user research through surveys, user interviews, etc., and synthesize those insights into designs.
- Produce designs, lead workshops, and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- 5+ years of enterprise experience in a front-end, user experience, or user design-centered role.
- Experience working with cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong understanding of development patterns and design best practices.
- Skilled in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Highly skilled in developing wireframes or clickable prototypes.
- Figma and Material UI experience is preferred.
