Here is where the engineering role starts to make things great.We expect you to understand how to:Integrate leading digital marketing tools using modern and not so modern API'sDesign and build company internal systems to enable other teams to succeedRefactor legacy systems to meet new standards or security and efficiency needsWrite and execute smart testing structures to insure quality implementationsCreate great data architecture and be nimble with SQL

This position reports directly to technology leadership and acts in many ways as an army of one in the architectural and implementation decisions of tools being built. This provides a wide latitude for the right engineer to build great things with minimal disruption, .This doesn't mean that you are off on your own. The role is expressly responsible for turning complex needs into solid and appropriately scalable designs and then implementing these designs with the help of leadership and other team members. Taking responsibility for technology risk analysis and mitigation. Etna has a broad technology and product management team that the engineer will work with to seek clarity and implement their projects.
