Janitorial Field Supervisor Needed (Metro Atlanta)

Commercial Janitorial Company located in Metro Atlanta looking for a Field Supervisor:

This position is responsible for the new hires, supervision, inspections, accounts start up and control of all custodial and related services associated within assigned contracts territory. Specific responsibilities will be determined by client expectations and at the discretion of the Director of Operations.

Job Description:

Conduct daily Quality Control Inspections. Working hours might vary.

Maintain the cleanliness of the accounts to company standards. Training all employees in cleaning techniques and safety. Weekly inspections of the assigned accounts. Communicating with management any problems, concerns or deficiencies and ensure the timely resolution with employees so that all the needs of the facility are met.

Training employees on responses to all calls and seeing the resolution of the call through to the end .Working with employees throughout the day/evening on specific cleaning tasks.

Daily reports to Director of Operations and Senior Operations Manager. All other duties as assigned. Counsel and coordinate with customer management representatives on all matters relating to services performed. Resolves clients' concerns and performs inspections for satisfactory job performance. Perform any additional duties as required, constantly looking to improve quality of service standards.

Starting Salary: $45,000.00 per Year.

Must be bilingual in Spanish.

At least 2 years of experience in Janitorial Operations.

Excellent Customer Service skills and work dedication.
