We will provide the training! WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Organizing and implementing specialized activities for seniors with cognitive disabilities living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Leading daily therapeutic, memory enrichment activity group and ensures therapeutic person-centered, Whole Brain Fitness programs through a typical- day structure

Preparing background materials and conducts relevant research for activities within the provided curriculum

Tracking weekly participation in specified group activity; completes and maintains program/resident documentation as required by company policy and/or licensing requirements

WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR? Associates Degree required, with course work in social work, psychology, recreation therapy or related field

Experience working with seniors or other special needs population required

Must successfully complete an “Activity Demonstration”

Ability to work flexible days/hours

Proficient in written and verbal English

Proven organization and time management skills and attention to detail
